
In 1975, Bill and Sally, along with Seth and Clay, moved to the old Hardy place on Alkali.Soon after, they welcomed their little girl, Cally, to their family.They moved to Albuquerque, NM, in 2006, to be near their daughter.Lila served as a PTA officer in both Staten Island and Union Township, NJ, and was an honorary life member of the National Congress of PTA Associations.When he was young, his family moved to the Moreau River area in Perkins County.He attended school there until they bought a place near Sturgis, SD.
Lila passed away on November 30, 2017, in Albuquerque, NM.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Lila's name may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Sturgis or the Sturgis Regional Hospital Auxiliary.
She and Bob moved to Staten Island in 1947, where they raised their two children.
The couple moved to Milford, NJ, in 1972, and then back to Sturgis in 1985, when Bob retired.
