Battery firmware updating

So today I put in the new battery again to install the update.I started up the Drone, Controller and then the app.If this happens, a charge will be made for repairs even if within the warranty period. The customer (hereinafter "the user") shall verify the following items below related to the use of the licensed software supplied to the user by RICOH IMAGING COMPANY, LTD. Start download." on this software license agreement.I choose the newest firmware and flashed that (again). This way my second battery also did get the update. I bought 3 new batteries and only once (for one battery) App ask me to update actually said "firmware is inconstant" and that battery was updated. Here is my solution: - When you press and hold the 3 bars at the top right corner of the start-screen of the DJI Go 4-App, it allows you to "downgrade" your firmware. If you connect more external packs at a later date and the issue returns, you will need to run the update again with all battery packs connected.Upgrading an SRT unit may take up to 20 minutes to complete.

This also happened when I also used another new battery (third battery).

You have to do fw refresh (there is a specific button in DJI Assistant) with your Spark fitted with each battery you own. when I connected my spark with a battery that has been updated... so the refresh button on Assistant is there even with batteries that have been updated.

The battery will update with the drone body and the battery firmware is not available for now. In my case, when I used a new battery on the Spark and opened DJI Go app, I was warned about firmware incompatibility and I had to click update.

You should gat "Inconsistant firmware found slide to upgrade". You can update them either by DJI GO 4 app or DJI Assistant 2. But if you don't get the upgrade prompt on the app, you might need to connect the drone to DJI Assistant 2 to upgrade then.

Still a little confused on why didn't have an option to update the battery on the DJI GO4 app but when I triedto fly it says the battery firmware isn't up to date.
